Artan Myrtaj is a seasoned developer and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in real estate across southern Albania. With deep generational ties to the Sarandë region, Artan has played a pivotal role in the area’s transformation—delivering multiple residential and mixed-use developments, including Saranda Vista A, Iliria Development, and the ongoing Ionian Resort. His work has helped define a new standard for quality and integrity in the local market. Artan brings to MM Partners a long-term vision for the Albanian Riviera, a deep understanding of local planning and land dynamics, and a reputation built on trust, delivery, and regional pride.
Lulezim Murataj

Lulezim Murataj is a London-educated finance and technology executive with a background in fintech, compliance, and cross-border investments. He previously founded and operated a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI), gaining deep expertise in digital infrastructure and financial regulation. Today, Lulezim is an active investor with a focus on emerging markets and strategic land opportunities, particularly along the Albanian coastline. At MM Partners, he oversees capital strategy, financial structuring, and investor partnerships—bringing a data-driven, institutional approach to a region with extraordinary potential.
Christopher Penna
Development Partner, MM Partners
Christopher Penna is the founder of Penna Property Partners, a boutique residential development and advisory firm with a focus on high-end projects in the UK and Spain. With over 25 years of experience, Chris is known for delivering distinctive homes with exceptional attention to detail and finish. Recent projects include Fontana, a gated enclave of five villas in Marbella with a GDV of €75 million, all sold at record prices. A new scheme of four luxury residences, valued at €80 million, is currently in the licensing phase.
Tristan Parker
Development Partner, MM Partners
Tristan Parker is a seasoned real estate developer with over 30 years of experience and more than £250 million in completed luxury residential projects. In 2008, he founded SAF Limited Partners, acquiring and repositioning prime assets in London, many of which achieved record-breaking sales. He has since continued to lead successful ventures with private investors. Most recently, he served as Development Director on a $500 million Maldives project with Baccarat Hotels and Starwood, overseeing early-stage design and delivery with a world-class consultant team.
